We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send a photo of the damage to velluxe.support@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost
